WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CREATING A GESCHWISTER ACCOUNT? 
Creating a Geschwister.com account allows you to be quickly identified during your visit to the website.

Take advantage of receiving information first regarding new collections and bespoke range. 

For your safety, Geschwister.com does not share your personal information with any third party. 
WHO WILL DELIVER AND WHERE CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED? 
All orders are delivered by courier (UPS, Hermes, DPD) and may require a signature and proof of photo ID upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will make a total of 3 delivery attempts, generally on 3 consecutive business days.  
After 3 failed delivery attempts, your order will be automatically returned to GESCHWISTER.  GESCHWISTER items are only delivered to countries in Europe, with the exception of the USA and China.   
GESCHWISTER does not deliver orders to business addresses, P.O. boxes, hotels or university campuses. Orders to any of these destinations will not be processed. Delivery of items will take place upon full payment of the items ordered. Orders made from the website of a country different to that of the delivery address will not be processed. 
WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF DELIVERY, CHARGES AND LEAD TIME? 
GESCHWISTER allows you to choose between two types of delivery: 
 
1. Standard home delivery.  
2. Express home delivery.

We at GESCHWISTER are always looking to explore new sustainable practices across the board from material sourcing to the building and management of our products.

HOW TO GIVE A GESCHWISTER GIFT?
All our products are delivered in GESCHWISTER wrapping. Upon confirmation of your order.  
  The receipt (in PDF format) of your order on Geshwister.com will be sent electronically to your email address. This receipt, which we advise you to print and keep, will also be available by logging in to your Customer Account. 
The price will be removed from the label of the products you ordered, and the receipt will not be attached to your order at the time of shipment. You may receive a paper version of your receipt upon request from Customer Service. This request, accompanied by your proof of identity, must be sent within 12 months from the issue of the receipt received by email.  To contact our Customer Service, please consult the “Contact” section of the Site. 
HOW DO I PROCEED TO PAYMENT?
Once you have chosen your products, add them to your shopping bag by clicking on “Add to shopping bag”.   
The order process has 4 steps:   
1. Register by creating your own GESCHWISTER account, using your email address and password. You can also use this to review previous orders.  
2. Select your delivery method and fill in delivery information.    
3. Fill in the payment information.   
4. Review your order and click submit. 
HOW SECURE ARE ONLINE PAYMENTS?
All transactions made on Geschwister.com are highly secure. An SSL encryption system is in place to protect personal and payment data. GESCHWISTER agrees to not store your credit card details.   
In addition, we enforce the security of payments through the secure 3D system for Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards equipped. An additional step takes place upon payment, verifying the cardholder's identity and confirming the transaction. Each bank has its own authentication. For any questions regarding your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank directly.
Our Customer Service may also conduct verifications and contact you before approving the transaction and confirming the order to collect more information, to fight against fraud and guarantee your protection. 
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
GESCHWISTER will inform you by email of the progress of your order.

HOW DO I KNOW MY GESCHWISTER PRODUCT IS AUTHENTIC?
If the product has been purchased on geschwister.com, it is guaranteed to be authentic.
